De-stress Through Free-writing
Looking to stay grounded amidst the stress of exams? Join MORSL, the Empathy Journal, and the Peer Health Ambassadors for "De-Stressing through Freewriting!" On Thursday, December 10, from 6-7pm, you're invited to gather online for a reflective writing session. We'll be exploring how meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling can promote stress management and spiritual well-being.
